HOW OUR SHIPPING WORKS
Every mug from Make It Personal Mugs & Stuff LLC is made to order. When you place an order, your mug goes into production at our print fulfillment partner's facility. Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly to your door.
Because your mug is made fresh for you, please allow time for both production and delivery.
PRODUCTION TIME
Standard production time is 1–3 business days. Production times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as holidays, Mother's Day, and Teacher Appreciation Week. We will notify you if there is an unusual delay.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
Standard Shipping: $4.99
Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $35.00 or more
Standard shipping delivery time: 2–5 business days after production is complete.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3–8 business days.
We ship via USPS and UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Expedited shipping applies to the delivery portion only — production time remains 1–3 business days regardless of shipping speed selected.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
International orders are shipped via tracked mail. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@makeitpersonalmugs.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@makeitpersonalmugs.com — we will do our best to update it before production begins.
